Perform currency conversions. The ExChange library contains two COM objects, ExChange and ExChart. The ExChange is a
COM object for performing conversions between a currency and hundreds of other international currencies. The ExChart
component display the exchange rates between two international currencies into a given interval. As with any currency
converter, it's vitally important that you have the latest exchange rates. That's why ExChange gets the rates from
Internet. As usual, no dependencies
