How secure is the order process?
Once you click the
'Proceed to checkout' button, a https connection
is opened in an IFRAME element. ( After the ordering page is loaded please
select the 'Properties' item from the page's context menu where you will be
able to locate URL to the secure server being used at the Address field ).
The share-it! order process is protected via a secure connection so that the
data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important
information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the
recipient securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the
protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
ShareIt-DigitalRiver's servers support SSL Version 3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption.
The RSA module and SSL sessions feature 1024-bit encryption.

What payment options you offer?
We offer the following payment types: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club),
Switch/Solo (debit cards from Switch and Solo UK ), Bank/Wire Transfer, Check,
Cash, PayPal, WebMoney, or Purchase orders (for corporate customers only). Credit card
payments are processed within seconds, and clients receive their product
or licensing information without delay. The wire transfer could take up
5 to 14 working days.

Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license.

How will I receive my invoice?
An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For
orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic
debit or online bank transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. For orders
paid by wire transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order
confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received. In any
case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your
billing address. The order documents are sent with the e-mail as PDF
attachments.
In addition, you can view and print your order documents at any time after
completing your order. Just log on to the secure "My Account" area.
You will find an overview of your orders and all accompanying documents there.
When ordering online, you have the option of printing your own invoice.
Click on "Print Invoice Version" in the lower left corner of the
page displayed last. You will also receive an e-mailed invoice together with
your order confirmation.

How can I place a PO ( Purchase Order )?
Business customers can generally place a purchase order (PO) through ShareIt-DigitalRiver
customer service, but we have the final decision. The Purchase orders are a common payment type submitted
by, and reserved for, purchases made by established companies, corporations
and most government agencies. Private customers are not eligible for this
type of order.

How many copies should I purchase?
You need to purchase one copy per developer on the project. This means
"one for EVERY developer on the project.", not " one copy per
developer using the control". For instance, if you have three
developers working on a project that uses one of our control(s), you need to
purchase three copies for that control(s). All of our controls are
royalty-free and run-time license-fee free. This means that when you
purchase our products, you may distribute the component you purchased with
your applications without paying any run-time fees to us.

How long will it take until I receive my fully registered software?
Once you register online, and we receive the payment notification you
will receive it within few hours after your payment has been placed. A copy
of payment notification goes to you, and one copy to us. Please feel free
to contact us, if you still have not received the product you purchased in 1
working day.

I was trying to complete the order and I saw a VAT value 19%. Our accountant told me that purchases between EU countries (intra-Community) does not include VAT (B2B), so the total must be equal to the net value. What should I do?
This is related to the customers within the EU. Once you click the
"Proceed to Checkout" a new secure page is displayed, where you will
be able to see the VAT ID field. The VAT ID is only relevant for corporate customers within the EU. Please note that the VAT ID consists of two letters identifying the country and the country-specific number of digits.
The VAT is according to the country of delivery ( usually your country ).
- Please enter your VAT ID in accordance with your country-specific format and the VAT will be re-adjusted, in the next pages. Individuals should leave this field blank.
- If the country of delivery is changed during the order process, the sales tax/VAT rate shown here may also change.

I entered our VAT ID and the total amount did not change. I clicked "Next" and the form was displayed for Credit Card data without show me the amount. What to do next?
This is related to the customers within the EU. To make sure that how much
your card will be charged, you can:
- change the Payment-Type field to one of the Prepayment types, let's say the Wire Transfer
Fill the form, and click Next, so no error is shown. In the next page, the Total amount will show you the amount it will be charged, according to your VAT ID or delivery country.
