Retrieves an OleEventParam object given either the index of the parameter, or its name.

Item as Variant A long expression that indicates the argument's index or a a string expression that indicates the argument's name.
OleEventParam An OleEventParam object that contains the name and the value for the argument.
The Param property returns an OleEventParam object that contains the name and the value of the argument. You can use this property to retrieve the name and the value of a specific argument by specifying either its index or its name. The index of the first argument is 0. If you specify an index that is out of range, or a name that does not exist, the property will return Nothing.

The following sample shows how to enumerate the arguments of an OLE event:
